By accessing or using Meirova ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Meirova is a credit card benefit tracking tool that helps users monitor annual fee value, track benefit usage, and make informed decisions about keeping or canceling credit cards. The Service is not a financial institution, financial advisor, or credit counseling service.
3. Account Registration
To use Meirova, you must create an account through Meirova. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
4. Beta Access & Pricing
Meirova is currently in beta. During the beta period, access to the Service is free. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. Any changes to pricing will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service by automated means
- Impersonate another person or entity
6. User Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Meirova, including card information and benefit usage records. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export or delete your data at any time.
7. Financial Disclaimer
Meirova is a tracking and organizational tool only. The Service does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or credit counseling. Any information displayed (including ROI calculations, keep/cancel recommendations, and benefit valuations) is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Meirova does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed in the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meirova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
